Meet Mackenzie

Mackenzie is a Registered Nurse (RN) who serves in the role as our Chronic Care Manager. She has worked in healthcare since 2011. She previously worked as a CNA, until graduating nursing school in 2019. Growing up, Mackenzie always dreamed of being a nurse and is passionate about helping others. Her favorite part about her role is creating relationships with her patients, and feeling like she can make a difference in improving no only their health but also their lives as a whole. Outside of work, Mackenzie enjoys spending time with her two children, watching her oldest play sports, and going to the lake.

Meet Stacey

Stacey returned to our Family Care of Fairview team as the medical assistant to Maggi Ormand in June of 2024 after 11 years of career growth and experience at the VA. She is passionate about making a positive impact on everyone she comes in contact with, making her the perfect fit for the team. She can connect, sympathetically listen and respond to patients, instilling a trust-based relationship with those she is involved in caring for. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 daughters, 3 dogs and 12 chickens. She loves being outside and gardening.

Meet Practice Managers, Kerry and Mindy

Kerry has been at Family Care of Fairview since 2005. She started at the front desk, worked as a medical assistant for Rick McIntyre, PA and has worked her way into her current position as one of the practice managers. Along the way, Kerry has helped to establish Family Care of Fairview as one of the top family practice offices in the Raleigh Durham Medical Associates group. Her leadership skills and personal relationships have helped to mold an atmosphere of loyalty and growth among her staff. A strong passion of Kerry’s is to make people feel loved and welcomed. While not at Family Care of Fairview, Kerry enjoys spending her time with her family: her husband, and 2 girls live on a functioning horse farm where they love to spend time together and be outdoors as much as the weather allows.

Mindy has been with Family Care of Fairview since 2006, where she began at the front desk. In 2009 she became a Certified Professional Coder and is now one of the practice managers.. Her role here is mainly focused on coding and billing; however she is involved in most all areas of the practice as well. She prides herself on great customer service and attention to detail. We can always depend on Mindy for a job well done. Outside of Family Care of Fairview, she can be found spending her time with family and friends.

Meet Addie

Addie joined the front desk team in July of 2024. You will meet her as you check in or over the phone. She currently has her Nursing Assistant Certification and hopes to start nursing school to get her RN/BSN. She hopes to someday be a NICU/Pediatric Oncology nurse. Addie loves getting to meet new people and desires to make a positive difference in the lives of others. Outside of work, Addie enjoys spending time with her family, especially her nephew. She enjoys going to church and telling others about Jesus. One of her favorite memories is going to Africa on a mission trip in May 2024.

Meet Kelsey

Kelsey is an ASAPT certified level four Phlebotomist and currently serves as Dr. Bradley's medical assistant. She has been with our practice since 2015, carrying a variety of different responsibilities during that time. Kelsey loves helping people and her favorite part about her role is helping to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Kelsey is known for her compassion with patients and attention to detail in her work. Outside of the office Kelsey loves spending time with her husband and twin girls. She is also very involved in her church serving as a Sunday school teacher and youth leader.

Meet Julie

Julie is our front office coordinator and is one of the first faces you meet at our office. Originally from Florida, Julie has been with our practice since April 2022 coming to Family Care of Fairview from a background in optometric assisting. She is known for her vibrant, welcoming and bubbly personality and loves connecting with patients. Her favorite part about her role is how loving, supportive and caring her work family is, and helping to create an environment where patients feel cared for and like a member of our extended family. Julie always has a smile on her face and is willing to go above and beyond to assist her patients in any way. Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with her fiance and their german shepherd Tank.

Meet Krystin

Krystin is a vital member of our Quality Care team and has been a part of our practice for 8 years. Krystin began working at Family Care of Fairview when she was a senior in high school. She plays a versatile role on our team as she is a certified CNA, and recently graduated cum laude from Western Carolina University with her Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. Her favorite part about her role is the positive interactions she gets to have with patients on a daily basis, and the fulfillment she gets to bring to others lives by helping to make her patients' medical care a positive experience. Outside of work, Krystin enjoys spending time with her family, friends and boyfriend, hiking and adventuring outside, spending time on her family horse farm, and reading. She is also currently working towards obtaining her Masters Degree in Health Science.

Meet Lisa

Lisa is Medical Assistant to Michael Cresenzo, and has been with Family Care of Fairview since 2013. She came to our practice with Dr. Paul Chang, and worked as his assistant for a total of 32 years. When Dr. Chang retired in February of 2022, Lisa decided to stay with our practice and transition to working with Maggi Ormand and is now working with our newest provider, Michael. She is a familiar face in the office and is truly an asset to our team with her experience and knowledge. Lisa is always there to answer questions, going above and beyond to help both her patients and her fellow staff members. Lisa has a deep passion and love to help geriatric patients and be a helping hand or listening ear. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys reading, and spending time with her husband of 33 years and family. She has two beautiful adult children, both of which are married. Lisa is very excited to someday become a grandmother and spoil her grandbabies!

Meet Tina

Tina is a Certified Medical Assistant with an Associate Degree from South College, and Certification by the AAMA. After working for Dr. MacDowell for 15 years, upon his retirement in Aug. 2018, she has found a new home here at Family Care of Fairview working with Rick. Tina is dedicated to her patients and her job, believing that each one deserves her respect, a good ear to listen to them, and to feel better after their visit. Tina is always there to answer questions, going above and beyond to help both her patients and her fellow staff members. She is a familiar face in the office and is truly an asset to our team with her experience and knowledge. Family is important to Tina. When not with her work family here at FCF, she enjoys spending time and taking care of her family and being Grammy "T" to her grandson.

Meet Parker

Parker is the Medical Assistant to Samantha Ericksen, and has been with our practice since August 2021. Parker came to Family Care of Fairview with a background in veterinary assisting and a desire to connect with patients in human medicine. She started at the front desk but when the opportunity to step into a clinical role opened up, she stepped into the role of medical assisting naturally, working seamlessly with Samantha and making immediate connections with her patients. When not at work Parker enjoys spending time with her best friend Julie, playing co-ed softball and taking naps with her dog, King.
